Everybody is comparing new facebook homepage to twitter, as a competition move facebook just did. At first sight, i dont get how it is closer to twitter now... but i do see how the picture now has rounded corner, how it is faster to deliver the results when i click because it reload only the new part and not the whole page. So a faster product with a nicer design, so a clear improvement.
Update: my facebook page is now entirely people status. aka i am understanding the "vs twitter" talk.
